Sales Professional


The position of Sales Professional offers an opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to join a rapidly expanding company. As Premier seeks to lay the groundwork for future growth, the company seeks to solidify and expand its leadership through this new, critical, high profile position. The individual will have the opportunity to make his/her mark within a company with a strong team-oriented culture.


Job Description:


  • Scope of the position will encompass a combination of managing existing accounts while pioneering Premier’s expansion into new channels of distribution
  • Success will be measured by the development of significant new business platforms and sales generation through existing channels

  • Premier Brands regards the Sales Professional as an important new position. The primary components of the Company’s compensation are a base salary commensurate on experience and annual performance based incentives. The company offers a 401K plan and other benefits, such as medical & dental.
  • Must possess strong selling skills and a hard working/aggressive solutions-oriented work ethic.
  • Sales Professional will report to the Vice President of Sales

Requirements:


  • An undergraduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related fields is required.
  • 2-5 years of Consumer Packaged Goods sales experience, including measurable success in new business development is required.
  • A results-oriented individual with a proven record of identifiable “pioneering”, new business building successes.
  • Ideally, but not necessarily, the individual will have exposure to the Private Label side of business; experience in the Health & Beauty Aid industry and be able to compliment Premier’s strength’s in its traditional classes of trade through exposure in channels like Sporting Goods/Athletic Shoe Stores/Outdoor Sporting & Home Centers.
  • Must possess strong selling skills and a hard working/aggressive solutions-oriented work ethic.
  • Individual must have a sense of urgency and a strong commitment to achieve, coupled with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.




Associate New Product Manager


The Position


The Associate New Products Manager will report to the Manager Marketing Innovation and support Premier’s new product development. This position is responsible for helping to identify, validate and develop meaningful new product/business platforms that will generate incremental revenue for the company. Working with senior management the Associate New Products Manager will take advantage of emerging consumer trends and opportunities that help fill the innovation pipeline and add to the company's revenue stream.


Location:


The Associate New Products Manager will be based at the Company’s headquarters in Mount Vernon, New York (Westchester County).


Compensation:


Premier Brands regards the Associate New Products Manager as a critical position and the individual will be compensated accordingly. The primary components of the Company’s compensation are base salary and annual incentives. The company offers a competitive benefits package.


The Candidate


Education:


An undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is required; an MBA degree is a plus.


Professional Qualifications:


Premier Brands regards the Associate New Products Manager as a critical position and the individual will be compensated accordingly. The primary components of the Company’s compensation are base salary and annual incentives. The company offers a competitive benefits package.


  • Must possess required knowledge of new product development management techniques and have relevant experience with innovation development processes. In addition must have the skills, abilities and experience to be able to explain and demonstrate these skills within the organization.
  • A results-oriented individual with a proven record of identifiable building and leading a marketing organization to further business strategies and create competitive advantage.
  • Ideally, but not necessarily, the individual will have exposure to the Private Label side of business and experience in CPG Health & Beauty Aid industry.
  • Exposure to IRI/Nielsen data and analytical skills are important.
