Sales Professional

The position of Sales Professional offers an opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to join a rapidly expanding company. The individual will have the opportunity to make his/her mark within a company with a strong team-oriented culture.

Job Description:

  • Scope of the position will encompass a combination of managing existing accounts while pioneering Premier’s expansion into new channels of distribution
  • Success will be measured by the development of significant new business platforms and sales generation through existing channels

  • An undergraduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related fields is required.
  • 2-5 years of Consumer Packaged Goods sales experience, including measurable success in new business development is required.
  • A results-oriented individual with a proven record of identifiable “pioneering”, new business building successes.
  • Ideally, but not necessarily, the individual will have exposure to the Private Label side of business; experience in the Health & Beauty Aid industry and be able to compliment Premier’s strength’s in its traditional classes of trade through exposure in channels like Sporting Goods/Athletic Shoe Stores/Outdoor Sporting & Home Centers.
  • Must possess strong selling skills and a hard working/aggressive solutions-oriented work ethic.
  • Individual must have a sense of urgency and a strong commitment to achieve, coupled with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.

Machine Mechanic

Premier Brands of America Inc. located in Mount Vernon, New York, is a privately held manufacturer and marketer of high-quality OTC (Over the Counter) and non-OTC medical device, health and beauty products. The breadth of Company’s product offering includes over 150 different items that provide comfort and care in the area of First Aid, Foot Care, Sprays and select Beauty categories. Premier’s products are found in over 50,000 stores in the United States and internationally in top retailers including CVS, Target and Walgreens.


This position will work directly under the supervision of the Plant Engineer.

  • In charge of setting up various different machines within the plant.
  • Ensuring the upkeep and preventive maintenance of all areas of the plant.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the work areas.
  • Keeping all records of pm activities undertaken on the plant.
  • Report defects, damages and malfunction of any kind to the Manager and Engineering Department.
  • Effectively complete all tasks as assigned by Engineering Department.
  • Coordinate work processes with other departments within the plant.
  • Provide technical repair to all plant machinery.
  • Knowledge of Building and Grounds Maintenance.

The Candidate

Ideally 5-7 years experience working in a manufacturing environment preferably on high speed packaging equipment.

  • Candidate should have working knowledge of PLC and other electrical background.
  • Candidates should possess superior written, communication an organization skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and coordinate work functions with fellow workers.
  • Ability to work overtime when needed.
